Shipping Policy


All domestic orders are dispatched by a number of delivery partners, and each package takes 3–7 working days to arrive. You will receive a tracking number and a link to follow your order once it has been sent. Shipping Charges:

Shipping is free within India.

In some pin codes, we also provide Express shipping, which is an extra Rs. 350/- per consignment. Delivery takes between 24 and 72 hours. Prior to checking out, please contact our team on Whatsapp to inquire about express delivery.


Delivery Method:

We have agreements with several delivery partners that further connect us to FedEx, DHL, or UPS for international deliveries (depending upon the delivery location). Delivery typically takes 4 to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a link to follow your order once it has been sent.

The shipping charges would vary depending upon the consignment size.

Please be advised that taxes and duties are the responsibility of the client and will be applied in accordance with your country's laws. The courier service will present you with a separate bill for these fees at the time of delivery.

The weight of your package and the shipping location determine the cost of shipping. Shipping costs are calculated by shipping companies using a number of variables, including package weight, customs clearance, and others. The amount of the duty cannot be given by us. The cut-off times for orders are solely supplied as guidelines and do not account for potential delays brought on by payment authorization. All orders will be shipped out within 48 hours or two working days, with the exception of Indian national holidays, when it could take up to 72 hours. The estimated delivery timeframes start from the date of dispatch and should only be used as a general guide.

Natural disasters and unforeseen situations may create delays, but we are not liable for them since we had no control over them. To provide a smooth shopping experience, we will make every effort to fulfil your item as soon as is practical. We ask that you be patient with us as we deal with any unanticipated problems. To minimise last-minute problems, it is recommended to have a few extra days available before placing the order.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order. ORDERS ONCE PLACED, CANNOT BE CANCELLED/REFUNDED.

Currently, only one destination address may be used to ship each order. You will need to place numerous orders or contact our team via WhatsApp for more help if you want to ship things to different addresses. We try our best to deliver every item in your order within 16 working days of the date you place the order, processing time included. However, occasionally it may take us longer to ship the order since we need to make or obtain certain components.

While we will make every effort to send your purchase as a whole, due to product characteristics or availability, this may not always be possible. You must contact us on WhatsApp (+91-8770555924) in the odd event that we are unable to deliver your entire order within 16 working days.
