Returns & Exchange Policy
Customized Products
- If the customer has customized the product according to their needs and later is not satisfied with it, no exchange or refund will be provided according to our policies.
Return Policy
- We accept returns within 5 days of the product's delivery date. If you return the product after 5 days, we will not accept it. Please return the products within the specified timeframe.
Defects and Damages
- In case of defects, damage, or lost parts, or if there are size issues, the customer must contact us within 36 hours after delivery with an image of the parcel or product as proof. If the customer contacts us after 36 hours, no exchange or refund will be provided as per our policy.
Product Manufacturing
- Please take some time to learn about how VYOMA items are manufactured before deciding to return one. The majority of our products are handmade by traditional Indian jewelers, making each one distinctive and slightly different from the others. Stones may also fluctuate slightly due to their natural origin. Each item undergoes an exhaustive quality control inspection before shipment.
Exchange Policy
- We only accept exchanges for products up to the same value or higher (after taxes) if there is a sizing problem or shipping damage. Under no circumstances is a nose ring changed for hygienic reasons. Please select the appropriate size for bangles before placing your purchase. A lower or larger size may need to be created on order. Clarify any questions with our WhatsApp team or consult the size chart before placing a purchase.
International Shipments
- International shipments are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Utilize the spare links and wires provided with the product in case of damage during overseas shipments, such as the opening of a link or breakage. Despite our best efforts, these situations may occur during customs inspections. If you are unable to fix it yourself, it is suggested to send the item to India with someone traveling there. Please do not send the product back. If you have concerns with your product or delivery, we will do everything in our power to address them effectively.
Conditions for Acceptance
Products must be in their original condition as delivered. We will not accept products if they:
- Have been used
- Have scratches
- Have any changes made to them
- Are damaged
Steps to Make an Exchange
Notify us within 36 hours after receiving the order.
Send an email to info@vyoma.shop with actual pictures of the goods in their original packaging and a sincere justification for the exchange. Include your name, phone number, address, and order number.
After the exchange is confirmed, dispatch the product back to us the same day or the following day, clearly marking the dispatch date on the package and providing proper tracking information.
Securely package the item with all other items obtained at the time of delivery (washers, stoppers, jewelry care cards, kaanchains, screws, hooks, drawstrings, pouches, etc.) along with the bubble wrap.
The customer must pay the return shipping costs of INR 150.
Once the item is delivered to our headquarters, a quality check will be performed. You'll receive a credit note to use for a purchase within a month of the exchange. Shipping for the replacement item will be free.
