Returns & Exchange Policy

  • If the customer has customized the product according to their needs later are not satisfied with it then in such cases no exchange or refund will be provided according to our policies.
  • We accept the return products within 5 days of products’ delivery date. In case, if you return it after 5 days, we will not accept it. So kindly return the products within 5 days. In case there is some defect or damage or loss parts  in product or size issues ,so the customer has to contact us within 36 hours after the delivery with the image of the parcel or product for proof after 36 hours if the customer contacts us than no exchange or refund of the product will take place as per our policy .

  • Please take some time to learn about how VYOMA items are manufactured before you decide to return one. The majority of our products are handmade by traditional Indian jewelers, making each one distinctive and slightly different from the others. Due to their natural origin, stones also have a tendency to fluctuate slightly.
  • Before shipment, each of our items goes through an exhaustive quality control inspection.
  • We only accept exchanges for products up to the same value or higher (after taxes) if there is a sizing problem, shipping damage.
  • Under no circumstances is a nose ring changed for hygienic reasons.
  • Please select the appropriate size for bangles before placing your purchase. The availability of a lower or larger size may require that one be created on order. Before placing a purchase, please clarify any questions you may have with our WhatsApp team or consult the size chart.
  • International shipments are not eligible for exchanges or returns. 
  • We advise you to utilize the spare links and wires that are provided with the product in the event of an overseas shipment in the event of damage, such as the opening of a link or any breakage. Despite our best efforts, these situations occasionally arise when shipments are opened during customs inspection, regardless of how carefully the box may have been packed.
  • If you are unable to fix it yourself, it is suggested that you send the item to India with someone else who is going there. Please don't send the product back.
  • If you have any concerns with your product or delivery, we will do everything in our power to address them as effectively as we can.
  • Products have to be in its original conditions as they were delivered to you. We will not accept the products in below conditions.

    • If products were used
    • With any scratches on products
    • With any change in products
    • Damaged products

 STEPS TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE:

  • Please let us know within 36 hours after order receipt. Send an email to info@vyoma.shop containing actual pictures of the goods in its original packing as well as a sincere justification for the exchange.
  • In the email, please provide your name, phone number, address, and order number. 
  •  After the exchange has been confirmed, the product must be dispatched back to us the same day or the following day, with the dispatch date clearly marked on the package and proper tracking information given.
  • Along with the bubble wrap, the item should be securely packaged with all the other items that were obtained at the time of delivery (washers, stoppers, jewellery care cards, kaanchains, screws, hooks, drawstrings, pouches, etc.).
  • The customer is required to pay the shipping costs INR 150 for the return.
  • Once the item has been delivered to our headquarters. A quality check will be performed on the item. You'll receive a credit note that you can use to make a purchase within a month of the exchange.
  • Please take note that shipping for the replacement item you choose will be free. We do not provide refunds.
