Returns & Exchange Policy
Customized Products
If a product has been customized as per the customer’s request, it is not eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstances.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery.
Returns requested after 5 days will not be accepted.
Defects & Damages
In case of defects, damages, missing parts, or size issues, the customer must contact us within 36 hours of delivery with proper images of the product/parcel as proof.
Requests made after 36 hours will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Product Manufacturing
Our products are handcrafted by traditional Indian artisans. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations.
Natural stones may also vary slightly in appearance.
Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only for equal or higher value products (after taxes).

Exchanges are allowed only in case of size issues or shipping damage.

Nose rings are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Please ensure correct sizing (especially for bangles) before placing your order.

International Shipments

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Minor damages (like loose links or wires) may occur due to customs inspections.

Spare parts are provided with the product for minor fixes.

If needed, the product can be sent to India through a known contact for repair.

Please do not ship products back internationally.

We will assist you as much as possible to resolve any issues.
Conditions for Acceptance
Products must be returned in original condition. Returns will not be accepted if the product:

Has scratches

Has been altered or modified

Is damaged
Steps to Request an Exchange

Inform us within 36 hours of delivery.

Product images (in original packaging)

Reason for exchange

Name, phone number, address, and order number

After approval, ship the product back within same or next day with tracking details.

Pack the product securely with all original items:
(washers, stoppers, jewelry cards, chains, screws, hooks, pouches, etc.) -
Return shipping charge of ₹150 will be paid by the customer.
After Return Process

Once we receive the product, a quality check will be conducted.

A credit note will be issued (valid for 1 month).

Shipping for the replacement product will be free.
